Welcome to Clay Sunday, a handbuilding session in earthenware ceramics. I (Chieri) will run you through the basics of handbuilding and help you along the way in the process of making your own creation. The session will last 2.5-3 hours, where you will focus on the shaping and form your piece with the option of adding basic decorations using colored slip. All materials and some basic drinks and snacks will be provided, but please bring clothes that you don't mind getting a little dirty! After a few weeks, your pieces will be glazed in either a clear gloss or white gloss (your choice!) and ready to pick up.
