1. About Urbino

Urbino is a studio management platform operated by Haydn Morris Digital, registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 96617055). These terms govern your use of the Urbino platform, including all features, tools, and services available through it.

By creating an account or using Urbino, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

To use Urbino you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Let us know immediately at haydn@urbino.studio if you believe your account has been compromised.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Studio managers

If you use Urbino to run a creative studio, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your studio, classes, products, and services.
  • Honour bookings and purchases made by your members through the platform.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including consumer protection, data protection, and tax obligations.
  • Not use the platform to offer anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive.

4. Members and artisans

If you use Urbino as a member of a studio, your relationship for bookings, memberships, and purchases is primarily with the studio you are joining — not with Haydn Morris Digital. The studio is responsible for the services they offer. We facilitate the transaction and platform access.

5. Payments and fees

Payments on Urbino are processed by Stripe. By making or receiving payments through the platform, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Urbino charges a platform fee (currently 5%) on transactions processed through the platform. This fee is deducted before payouts to studio managers. The applicable fee rate is shown on the pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.

Refunds are managed by the studio. Haydn Morris Digital is not responsible for refund decisions made by individual studios.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Urbino to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Impersonate any person or organisation.
  • Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Urbino platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Haydn Morris Digital. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of it without our written permission.

Content you upload to the platform (such as class descriptions, photos, or documents) remains yours. By uploading it, you grant us a licence to display and distribute it as necessary to provide the service.

8. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep Urbino available and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. Where a change materially affects your use of the platform, we'll give you reasonable advance notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Haydn Morris Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of Urbino — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you have paid to us during that period, or €100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
